You may remember this list thing I started back in (oh, shit!) November. Crap, I just realized I let almost two months go by without doing anything on it. In my defense, I did do a big cross country move in that time.
Now on to #82 on the list. I did this!
My first attempt at pretzels and I made the mistake of not checking my ingredient supply! Rookie cooking mistake! I didn’t have an egg for the egg wash before baking so these all turned out looking a little dry. They were, however, delicious.
I think next time I will try a stuffed pretzel bite. I really want to try something cheddary. Any suggestions?
I may be crushing on Alton lately…why recreate the wheel, or pretzel?
